This release was tested at RSICC on a Pentium IV running Windows XP with Service Pack 3.0. This is an interactive code system. VARSKIN 3 was developed under the Windows operating system on personal computers. Microsoft Visual Basic 6 (for the user interface) and Lahey Fortran 7.1 compilers were used to create the executables which are included in the package. QA documents and source files will be expanded when you unzip the distribution file, but the installer does not copy them to the VARSKIN 3 directory.
