The REQUIRED Single User Software License and Export Control forms are now included with each order form. Complete and return ALL forms by mail or fax.

All RSICC software is export controlled under U. S. Department of Commerce or U. S. Department of Energy regulations depending on the specific software package and issued to you under a single user license. It is for your use only. Access by any one other than yourself is strictly prohibited. If you have colleagues or students interested in using the software, each must register and request his own copy. Your copy cannot be shared.

Step 3: Cost Recovery Fee

The charge for each software package is a distribution charge to help defray part of RSICC’s expenses in packaging, export control compliance, licensing, and distributing each software package. This cost recovery fee is non-refundable. An invoice will be emailed to you if the cost recovery fee is required. Advanced payment (in US currency) must be by check written on a U. S. bank, postal money order or credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard). RSICC does not accept purchase orders or bank transfers.
